Q: How soon will my product arrive?

A: We ship orders via UPS ground from our China office. If you need it sooner, please contact your local dealers.

Q: Can Exway be used like a normal skateboard when it's out of power?

A: Yes, our boards are totally push friendly and will ride like a traditional skateboard when not on the throttle.

Q: How about the range?

A: We determine the range of the boards based on a 150lb rider on level ground.  Range can vary due to weight, riding habits, and conditions.

Q: Is it possible to change accessories?

A: Yes, wheels, bushings, and grip tape are easy to replace and fast chargers can be swapped out for standard chargers.

Q: Is Exway board waterproof?

A: The waterproof level of Exway boards is IP55. Riding over small puddles will not hurt the board, but do not submerge the board in the water. If the wheels become wet, let the motor run for 2 minutes to remove any water and wipe the board dry.

Q: What is the maximum load of an Exway electric skateboard?

A: The Exway board has been tested at over 300lbs.

Q: How do I store the board?

A: If the Exway board will not be used for a long time, store the board charged and charge and discharge the product at least once every 3 months.

Q: Can the battery be replaced?

A: The battery life of our boards is 500 cycles. After 500 cycles, the battery will still have more than 70% power.  If you need to replace the battery, just contact your retailer.

Q: Is it possible to carry an Exway on the plane?

A: Exway X1 skateboards meet the International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines for air travel which include UN38.3 certification and a battery capacity of under 160Wh. However, since airlines are free to adopt their own policies we suggest consulting with your airline prior to travel.  The X1 Pro has a battery capacity of 193Wh and would not be certified for air travel.
