All electric skateboards are produced in batches and stored in our regional warehouses.

• US Orders: Delivered within 3-7 business days.
• European Orders: Delivered within 3-7 business days.
• Other Countries/Regions: Delivered within 10-25 business days, depending on the specific location.
• Due to the high cost of delivery infrastructure in these areas, some countries such as Israel and some island areas require an additional delivery fee of 300 USD. If you have any questions, please consult customer service before placing an order.

Out of Stock: If our regional warehouse does not have stock, the order will be considered a bulk reservation. Large quantities of electric skateboards are regularly shipped to our US and European warehouses.

Order Confirmation: We will confirm the shipping address and delivery date with the customer within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Tracking Update: Please note, as the mainboards include batteries, tracking updates will only be available once they clear customs in the United States and are picked up by a local delivery service (e.g., UPS/DHL/FEDEX/DPD). Customers do not need to pay taxes for the mainboard. However, if accessories are purchased, customs duties may apply depending on the policies of the destination country/region.

Multiple Items in One Order:
We aim to ensure that all your items arrive simultaneously. However, some products may ship separately due to varying shipping methods based on the product type. Once shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking details for each shipment.
